About

Hi, I'm Jon Ipsaro. I built this to help people communicate more clearly about what and how they hear, whether that's matching a tinnitus tone to something you can finally name, comparing how a tone sounds between your two ears, or just finding the words for an audiologist appointment. It's also useful for anyone curious about pitch and hearing, or musicians tuning by ear. I wanted something simple, private, and precise enough to actually trust.

This tool is free to use. A coffee is just a way to say thanks if it's been useful to you, never a requirement.

Good to know

For privacy, the settings you choose and any measurements you record stay on your device. However, that also means they're only as durable as your browser's storage. Clearing your browsing data, or switching browsers or devices, will erase them, so use the export functions for anything you want to keep.
